We aim to process and ship all orders within 72 hours, with many orders being dispatched the same day. Our shipping team operates Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. Please note that during peak periods, such as promotions and holidays, there may be slight delays.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

In the rare case that your order is delayed or lost during transit, Venturo offers the following solutions:

Store credit equal to the value of your lost items.

A replacement of the same product (depending on availability).

RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, you will receive store credit for the value of your items (excluding any original shipping fees).
