DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
In the rare case that your order is delayed or lost during transit, Venturo offers the following solutions:
✔ Store credit equal to the value of your lost items.
✔ A replacement of the same product (depending on availability).

RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, you will receive store credit for the value of your items (excluding any original shipping fees).
