NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Venturo offers store credit for eligible returned items, making it easy for you to find the perfect replacement.
RETURN POLICY
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
✔ Late returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
✔ All approved returns will be issued as store credit, allowing you to select another size or style.
✔ Items marked as “SALE” are final and cannot be returned, unless defective.
✔ Refunds are only provided for faulty or incorrect items. Store credit is the standard return option.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Clothing:
✔ Must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant, or perfume).
✔ Tags must remain attached, and items should be returned in the original packaging.
Shoes:
✔ Must be returned in the original shoebox, undamaged and in good condition.
✔ Shoes should only be tried on indoors and on a soft surface to prevent marks or damage.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are not eligible for return:
❌ Items marked as “SALE” (unless a full-priced item was purchased with a discount code).
❌ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Accessories (excluding shoes).
• Lingerie.
• Swimwear (if the hygiene sticker has been removed).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
✔ Request a Return: Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and instructions.
✔ Include Order Details: Ensure your package includes a note with your order number and name for quick processing.
✔ Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect:
✔ Contact Us: Email support@venturocouture.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
✔ Wait for Instructions: Do not return the item until you receive confirmation and further instructions from our team.
✔ Resolution Options: Choose between store credit or a full refund for faulty or incorrect items.
✔ Return Shipping Covered: In these cases, Venturo will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
EXCHANGES
We do not hold items for direct exchanges. Instead, we issue store credit, so you can reorder the correct size or item at your convenience.
✔ Need an urgent exchange? We recommend purchasing the replacement item right away and returning the original. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive store credit.
RETURN ASSESSMENT & PROCESSING TIME
✔ Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing.
✔ You will receive an email notification once your return has been reviewed and processed.
✔ If your return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.
STORE CREDIT & PROCESSING
✔ Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a unique code, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
✔ Processing begins once your return arrives at our warehouse—please allow 5-10 business days for completion.
IMPORTANT NOTES
✔ Customer Responsibility: Venturo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
✔ Return Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
✔ Late Returns: Any return received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
